$200 per night for 2 people plus $10 extra per person per night, children under 5 free. Minimum stay 2 nights
School holidays, long weekends, Christmas and Easter $220 night plus $10 per person per night. Easter and Christmas 4 night minimum and long weekends 3 night minimum, any other times a 2 night minimum.

Security Bond $200 - bond will be returned after inspection of property, within 7 days. Any substantial damage will be the responsibility of the person that has made the booking. Cleaning Fee $50 - If excessive cleaning is required a $30 per hour extra cleaning fee will be charged out of the bond.
